Can you install outside business hours?
Yes, most of our commercial work is done evenings, overnight or on weekends, and priced that way from the start rather than as a surcharge later. For occupied offices and retail we phase by section so the space stays open throughout.
Do you work with strata councils and property managers?
Regularly. Strata work needs three things ordinary residential jobs do not: proof of insurance filed before we start, acoustic underlay meeting the strata bylaw’s IIC rating, and a schedule that respects quiet hours. We handle all three as standard, and we deal with the council directly if that is easier for you.
